Hi ,
This is what the project is . I will give you a rough 3d sketchup file with the basic 3d design .
• You need to add some furniture , lighting , décor and some design depending on the room
• give me 2/3 renders of the room , depending on the room . the full room needs to be covered in the 3d view.
• You might need to add some design depending on the render
• All the views must be shared with me prior to final render . To avoid wasting time .
• I need a basic raw file in image form before you make the final render .
• I need high quality room renders . for all the rooms .

the rooms are as follows :
1. Living room
2. Dining room
3. Outdoor patio area
4. Guest room
5. Powder bathroom
The clients will make changes and those changes will need to be updated in the 3d view . The updates in the 3d views should be abut 2-3 updates or changes depending on the clients needs.
You will have to do some basic designing , but the majority of the work is done , reference images have been mentioned and attached for all spaces.
Your price needs to be inclusive of the updates and the changes the client makes, like I have mentioned earlier the changes should be about 2-3 render updates .
The LIGHTING IS IMPORTANT in this design . Please be aware and keep that in mind , we need mood lighting . All over.

Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to .

LIVING ROOM
Most of the designing is already done , you may need to add a sofa and some arm chairs , and a few other things , but its 80% ready .
GUEST BEDROOM
The entire room mood board is attaced you need to add the furniture according to the mood board.
