I have a small piece of land that I want some architect drawings about what I can fit on the property so I can build either a single villa or multiple rooms for rent.

Drawings must have 2d building design.
If 3d design is your specialty that would be a bonus for us.

The Land is 11,000m^2
100m x 11m a perfect rectangle
One point of Access is from the 11m side.
Awkward dimensions so we are looking for creative architect to do the drawing.

For your information, Gili Meno is a small island with no motorised transport as such we won't need car parking bays on site.

    hello thanks for your prompt reply. I put a 11m x 100 m site to scaled drawing and i found that the size is very very longish. Just to make sure with you that the site is 11meter X 100meter (11000mm x 100000mm) as per description ? If you can upload a googlemap jpeg which highlight the site boundary i am sure that would be very much help for all of us. (currently your coordinate leads me to a vegetation site with palm trees (to the west there is a clear site of approx. 40m X 100m )

      Yes it is a very very long property.

      I got it at a cheap price and now I know why, It's very hard to build on such a long block. Especially with such a narrow entry! Yes currently there is a straight line of Palm trees and vegetation which has been cleared but not up to day on Google maps yet.

      The land to the west on the other side of the road is a soccer field.

      I'm hoping someone has a creative idea on how to use the space in order to create something beautiful.

    Greetings. Interesting contest but with this kind of job scope (2D plans + 3D modeling + 3D rendering) and scale the price should be nearly 300~400usd. Most of your requirements need certain spatial planning(room type , room size etc) and design. From my understanding we are free to design anything on a 11m X 100m rectangle site? or you can provide more detail programs? thank you. And please #sealed ( a function that contest holder can choose so that all entries can only be visible to the designer and contest holder )

      I don't have specific room requirements as I am trying to get ideas of what can fit into the space we have and my ideas are very sculpted by what I have already seen done on the island. However here is some info about the island that might assist you:

      The island is a tourist destination so many people have traditional built bungalows for short term rent.
      I would like a design that either opens this possibility of short term many freestanding rooms.

      or

      a single family villa which could be rented out as a luxury tropical villa, 5 rooms, full kitchen, pool, living area, gym, garden.

      However I have left the scope very open to see what creative ideas people can come up with for the space.

    Sir u said that the entrance only could be in one of the two 11m size .So what about the other 3 sides are they neighbors or they are open so I can open windows. second question how many floors are allowed ? #sealed #sealed

      The neighbors currently haven't built anything on their land, open space with coconut palms so windows facing towards these sides would be perfect.
      3 floors maximum.

    I am actually looking for design drawings of what will fit into the space of 1100M^2

    We don't have any motorized transport on the island so won't be needing car parking.

    hi, im sorry, but no serious architect can design a building with the little information and prize you offer. you should provide site plans, photos to see how the enviroment is., references, a detailed program of what you need. you cant say you want a single villa or maybe multiple rooms, those are way too different things. and one more thing, the prize should be higher, like 400 o 500 AUD at least.
