It has to be in two parts, in english and in french (nice design using illustrator)

Text in English:
SPA RULES CAUTION (do not attempt to open or close the jacuzzi cover, ask the hotel staff)
- Shower before using the Jacuzzi to remove any oils, body lotions and soaps.
- Swimsuit required.
- Elderly persons, and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or Pregnant women should not enter the spa .
- Observe a reasonable time limit, (preferably not longer than 15 minutes) then shower, cool down and, if you wish, return for another brief stay.

RÈGLES DU SPA ATTENTION (n'essayez pas d'ouvrir ou de fermer la couverture du jacuzzi, demandez au personnel de l'hôtel)
- Prenez une douche avant d'utiliser le jacuzzi pour éliminer les huiles et les savons.
- Maillot de bain obligatoire.
- Les personnes âgées et celles souffrant de maladies cardiaques, de diabète, d’hypotension ou d’hypertension ou les femmes enceintes ne doivent pas utiliser le spa.
- Respectez un délai raisonnable (de préférence 15 minutes maximum), puis prenez une douche, rafraîchissez-vous et, si vous le souhaitez, revenez pour un bref séjour.
