KINDLY READ ALL OF THE BELOW!!!

Since I am not sure if I will get the results I want - the prize is starting at $50.00. and could potentially increase as long as I receive a great draft - the increase will be done before I select the winner. A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be in place for this assignment when all info is handed over.

I need a website built through FTP - site host is HostGator. The website is for a freelance company. I particularly like these two websites
https://www.zirtual.com/ and http://www.barbadosemployers.com/.

As the project is more Virtual - the content will be similar to Zirtual. All original write ups/information will be provided and not copied from the site (I have no photos though). I might be the only delay as I am still editing some content.

My logos are attached and I believe the color code is ED1C24. (Correct me if i am wrong).

Primarily, if any stock photos are being used, ensure there is a mixture of culture with African being more dominant - culture here is mainly black). However, I am hoping to get extremely creative since I don't want the limitations within the country but regionally and globally. Any more info needed please ask.
