*** Building A Pre-Launch Page ***

I downloaded an app called "Viral Loop" for my Shopify store and I simply need to change the layout of the app. Everything is done in terms of setting up the application but there are a few simple tweaks to the coding I need done so that the layout is better than it currently is. I have all of the relevant coding, as well as an exact sample to go off, I just need someone to help implement it!

I have attached the two examples of how we want the layout of our page to look. Please see below:
