Code to Rename multiple *.txt files

Hello Everyone!

The goal of this contest is to develop two tools or codes:

1. The first one will have to rename the *.txt files which contain a conversation between two usernames with the following format: username1_username2.txt

2. The second one will have to open all *txt files in a single workbook where each file must be a different spreadsheet of the workbook. It must also include the headers and the format stated in the excel file.

*Feel free to code in the language that you are most familair with.
**In the case that nobody performs both tasks, the prize will be awarded for the one who provides the best solution for at least one of the two tasks stated above.

*UPDATE: Given the large amount of entries received so far, I ma adding an additional feature, which its not mandatory but will add extrapoints to the one who achieve it. The additional feature consist in merging all the worksheets generated from each file into a single one with an additional column with the name of the original worksheet. Please see example attached. A nice user interphase will also be considered. Thank you!
