Name: "Tribal Coffee Company"

Logo needs to not invoke the more contentious connotations of Tribe - Do not link to any ethnic backgrounds - the Tribe we are working to invoke is a group of like minded people that each serve a purpose within a given community, and their collective efforts help to elevate the community as a whole. Attached is an example of a word logo we are looking for, but we would like a unique minimalist icon to accompany this wording - Color schemes is similar to the provided picture.

Vision - We are building a community of Doers, empowering people to excel in the face of challenges. Coffee, and our Coffee shop is the medium that brings these individuals together to inspire success within our community.

Mission - “To energize our tribe by providing the fastest and most consistent cup of premium coffee every day”

Service Profile: Fast, efficient, and consistent service from a limited coffee-based menu (coffee and coffee shop staples (mocha, latte etc.) along with limited, packaged food option) Customers will receive quality coffee, along with a respectful and kind dose of daily motivation from our employees.
Our employees are “Energy-Givers” both literally, in the caffeinated sense, and figuratively - as they work to inspire the “Doers” that comprise our customer base. Our coffee company will celebrate those individuals that strive to make our community a better place.

Client Profile - ”The Tribe”: We serve the Doers, the movers, and the people who beat the sun, daily. The people that are the backbones of our society - those individuals that embrace a hard day’s work, and relish in the toil. Our customers view the term “not enough time” as a luxury, not a burden. We serve the people who need coffee to begin their long work day, but do not have the time to wait in a line.

More than anything, we acknowledge and embrace the impact of the members of our community. We celebrate those that are putting in the hard hours. Those are the individuals we will proudly serve, because they are serving us.

Our Customers don’t mind hardship, in fact they thrive on it; what they mind is their daily hardships not being acknowledged, or feeling that their work is unnecessary. Our job is to alleviate that pain point.

What is a Tribe: A small group of people defined by clear purpose and understanding. A tribe is a group of people connected to one another, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea. For millions of years, human beings have been part of one tribe or another. A group needs only two things to be a tribe: a shared interest and a way to communicate. - We will provide the leadership and avenue of communication - the shared interest will be the support of and ascension of the communities we serve.

Owner profile: The founders are military veterans (Our tribe) who want to serve the community--the unsung heroes of the community to be exact. The teachers, cops, medical professionals, students, shop owners, stay-at-home parents, and anyone else who desires to be close to the community they serve.
