The logo is for the business name Sariel Fund LLC.

Sariel is the name of the angel of enlightenment and guidance, so I think that the logo should have something of the look of a path through clouds/light/etc. along with something simple (not like an angel but powerful) inside a crest - with Sariel Fund LLC beneath the crest.

See attached logos - looking for something similar to a combination of these elements. But the logo is not to look religious.

Here is a definition of Sariel as an Angel - he is thought to be an archangel. His name means "God's command," and he holds charge God's angels and helps to keep them in check. Sariel is considered the prince of presence and an angel of healing. This angel is associated with the skies and holds dominion over the sun as the Angel of Guidance

avoid variations of the split logo format where the stalks of alphabets are used to break the name into parts , either as speech bubbles or as normal as these are all too common in innumerable contests. Case in point
