Note: This is NOT a logo design competition. This is for the design of cute, marine animal characters wearing clothes, that have an anchor picture on them).

I have a website for a study group called "Anchor".

As "anchor" (like a boat's anchor) is marine themed, I want to get some sea animal cartoon characters made which I'll use on the website and my promotional material.

I would like 5 animals, any of the following - A penguin, dolphin, octopus, sea lion, crab, shark, whale. turtle, starfish.
(no more than one of any type of animal. For example, NOT 2 penguins. Only 1 of each)

They should be cute, because this is aimed toward children.

All the animals should be wearing a t-shirt with an anchor on it. They should look happy and be doing something, for example....
- One reading a book
- One pointing his/her finger,
- One sitting down with legs dangling,
- One writing with a pencil
- One listening to music with big headphones

They should be original, and in the future I'd like to get a few extra animals, or change the current ones, getting them to do different actions or dress differently for special seasons/occasions such as Halloween and Christmas etc. So please make characters that you can edit and change them in the future too - because if awarded this project there will be future one-on-one work.

The files of the creatures should be high quality, transparent backgrounds. I'll get a range of file types at the handover, suitable for use on different platforms (website, print etc).

I have attached an example of a penguin cartoon wearing clothes I found online (I dont have the rights to that). That's the kind of thing I want for the different animals. But need an anchor (similar to the example also attached) on their clothes.
