want to create a 1 page form for ordering cleaning materials for commercial properties.
I have attached a excel file with the basic information included as well as a word document for a bit of the look and feel for the presentation

The idea of the pamplet is a management pamflet and order form in one.
It gives one the understanding of there cleaning material useage based on the graph
We need space for 2 pictures of the site as well as a comparable graph from previous months to underatand how their useage differs from previous months.
