I'm looking for a logo using my name, Mike Hauser. I'm a video producer and a photographer.

I need two assets--The text logo with my name, and also an icon that perhaps uses my initials, MH. I'm open to the idea of utilizing some film/photographic related iconography or imagery in the logo, but not necessarily bound to that idea. I have attached some samples of what I think looks pretty attractive. My website, for reference, is www.hauservisuals.com

I'm hoping for the design to be both modern and classy.

I am hoping to receive the both the logo and the icon in photoshop files, rather than illustrator files. The layer-based system works into my After Effects workflow really well.
