Hello,

we need a design for a product label of natural, high quality thyme honey.
The product label will consist of two parts.
- A rectangular shape (A), 14cm*7cm, which will be attached at the front part of the round jar.
- One Circular Shape (B) attached on top of the jar, connected by a stripe (C) to a smaller Shape (D), which will overlap with the rectangular Shape (A), on the right side, at around 2/3 of shape A's width, .
-> See Image "visualization.jpg" for to get a better understanding of the woking canvas.

The label A should resample natural paper color and structure. See image "paperstructure_1.jpg" and "paperstructure_2.jpg" for inspiration.

In the Shape A, will be written the text "Thyme honey'' in a typo which resamples handwriting. The typo should be not too big or too small.
In a different typo underneath it would be written "from the Cretan Mountains"
Top left corner should be our company logo check image "creta_incognita.jpg".
The three elements above should be the center of attention.

In the image "honejar_a_template.psd" you can find all the textblocks that should be arranged at the shape A in suggested locations. Feel free to improvise, if you think they should be written in a different location. Also please suggest a typo that would match with the design of the honeyjar.

Along the Edges of Shape A, we need a honeycomb structure. The honeycomb background should not be continuously surrounding the shape, rather used sporadically as design element.The honeycombs can be inconsistent not necessarily symetrical, not a tech design, but an organic approach. It should resemble a pencil drawing. It should not be drawing too much of the viewers attention and fade away towards the center of the shape, in a way, that the biggest part of the shape is empty and clear, embracing the text "Thyme honey" and the other text elements.

The part D is a circular shape overlaping the shape A.
It should look like a wax seal depicting the text ''100% natural product'' example see image "honey_seal.jpg". The Wax seal should be in the golden color palette.

The part B and C should be of a contrast colour which will highlight and complete the concept of the project. We are open for creative approaches, to unite the shapes design- and ideawise.

General info
The parts A,B and C should visually complete each other and give the impression of a united and wholistic project. We like minimal, elegant, high quality and playful attitude.

Hello everyone. We would like to thank you all for your time and effort. It was a hard decision for us, since we worked closely with a few designers. We wish, that we could have gone with all your designs, but in the end, there is only one winner. From all our 4 star rated designs, which were within the final selection, we chose Sbiha's approach for our honey label.

Hello to everyone,
We appriciate the efford invested in our project. Currently we have a couple of designers that we worked with almost since the begining and when everyone is finished with their updates we will choose one of these designs. Please if you are new to this project do not have high hopes and not waste your time. Unless it is something outstanding we will stick to our current designers.

  information about the label dimensions are available in the "honeyjar_a_dimensions.jpg" and "honeyjar_bcd_dimensions.jpg". We will produce with 2 Jar sizes. This are the sizes for the 1l jar. We will scale down for another 500ml size.
