Design a New Landing Page

I would like a new landing page designed for a search marketing campaign.

I have already built out a landing page (linked below) with the content and design. I am going to test it and would like an alternative page to test against. I removed the branding elements to this page (name & logo), and uploaded it here for you to see: http://jts-dev.com/original-landing-page

I would like to see you use to exact same text as in the link above, and build out another landing page to test against it. Please use a different layout of the content, add in new Call to Actions if you believe they will help. Put in new sections with Lorem Ipsum text if you believe a new section is needed to help achieve the goals of the page.

A few suggestions you can use to make yours different than the one in the link above:

1) Use different Call to Actions - right now, the main Call to Action on the page is to "Get Help". You can see it on the button text and titles. You could further integrate the thought of getting help such as creating a graphic of 'How to Get Help'. For example, make a 4 step process with the following text:

a) Call our hotline number or fill in our contact form.
b) Verify your (i) location, (ii) insurance type or payment method, and (iii) level of care needed for treatment.
c) Enter treatment.

2) Use a different layout.

3) However else you believe we can achieve our goals better. See goals below.

Here are the goals of the page:

1) To get people to call the number on the page in order to get help for drug or alcohol addiction.
2) If they aren't ready to call the number, then the should fill in the form to get more information.

The company does the following:
1) Helps people get into a treatment center for a drug or alcohol addiction.

We want the following feeling from the page:
1) Able to breath/airy
2) Hope
3) Safe
4) Trustworthy
5) Private/Confidential
