Design 2 banners for a trade show booth

I need 2 banners designed for a company trade show booth. The banners will each be 31.5" wide by 78.5" tall pop-up vertical banners. The final designs need to be delivered in a vector file format. Content and logos are already created, see attached.

The winning banner designs will have the content of my first file below with a eye pleasing color or graphic design. I am also open to including other ideas on the second banner such as pictures from our website or perhaps a quote or testemonial.

I attach 3 items:
1. NDAC Marketing Booth idea: This is the content that I've develop for one banner. It is important to keep the order of the bullet point items. I do not particularly like the boxes on top, but I do like the complementary green color. I am open to other color(s) as well which would compliment our blue block logo.
2. Screen Shot file: I like this example of another company's banners...
3. "5.jpg" is a logo of our "seal of approval" for our accreditation service.
Our second banner could include this seal.

I would make the request that as a condition of awarding the final prize, the designer that I select would be willing to make perhaps a few minor changes or edits from the submitted design proposal.
