Our medical practice is in need of an e-booklet to be used for our patients. We are an orthopaedic surgery practice with focus on sports medicine. We want to create an informational e-booklet to distribute to our patients prior to surgery.

We want the e-booklet to have a flip through format and have an indexed table of contents.

We want the e-booklet to contain information for patients preparing for surgery. We also want to include postoperative information including FAQ and physical therapy info. We would like to include short informative videos (eg how to properly use a sling or how to use crutches).

We want the overall look of the e-booklet to be modern and inviting, and consistent with our current stationary. The structure should be easy to follow and the information should be well organized. The layout should include large format landscape images with inspirational statements (to inspire patients during their postoperative rehab). We are a sports medicine clinic so using activity related motivational statements will be helpful.

I also want to include infographics for things like healing time and expected recovery rates. I want to also include post operative rehab protocols (these will be injury specific eg ACL tear recovery or Shoulder rotator cuff repair recovery or Hip labral repair recovery). This may also include videos for proper technique.

If possible, I would like to include an editable intro "letter" that can be personalized with the patient's name and procedure.

The patients will receive a "surgery swag bag" when scheduling surgery. We would like to have an image that highlights the contents of this bag with information detailing the proper use.
