We are launching a high-volume AI influencer campaign for a Las Vegas poker data app. We need a Virtual Assistant/Editor who can manage a full AI production pipeline. This contest is a paid test ($10 for the winner/successful submission) to find our long-term partner.

The Ongoing Role

Volume: 180 long-form videos (60s) + ~1,400 short clips (8s) over 8 weeks.

Workflow: Generate AI Video → Generate AI Voice → Lip Sync → Edit/Caption → Schedule.

Tools Provided: Kling AI (Pro), ElevenLabs (Creator), SyncLabs/HeyGen (API), CapCut Pro.

Cadence: ~22 videos/week. All content scheduled in advance for peak Las Vegas hours (Thu–Sun).

The Contest: Produce 1 Pilot Video

Produce one 60-second "TikTok Style" video using the specs below. We are judging on realism, lip-sync accuracy, and "Scroll-Stop" energy.

Step 1: Video Generation (Kling AI)

Model: Kling 1.6 / 1.5 High Quality

Prompt: 9:16 vertical. A 28-year-old Asian American man in an oversized black hoodie sitting on a gray couch. Natural window lighting. Messy black hair, slight stubble. Selfie-style handheld footage with slight OIS jitter. He is talking to the camera, gesturing naturally. Background: blurred living room, plant, bookshelf. iPhone 15 Pro front-camera aesthetic. NO TEXT. NO SUBTITLES.

Step 2: Voice & Lip Sync (ElevenLabs + SyncLabs/HeyGen)

Voice: Use a "Casual/Social Media" male voice with natural pauses.

Script: > "Real talk—if you’re still driving to the Strip just because you ‘have a feeling’ the games are good... stop. [chuckle]. I used to do that and end up #40 on a two-hour waitlist. I started using EV Poker a week ago. It’s got live player reports, room promotion details and a wait tracker. Tonight it told me to skip the Strip because there was a High Hand bonus paying every thirty minutes at a local room I didn't even know about. Sync: You must use an AI Lip-Sync tool so the mouth movements match the script perfectly.

Step 3: The "TikTok" Edit (CapCut)

Hook Text: "Why I stopped driving to the Strip blind " (Top 1/3, first 3 seconds).

Captions: Auto-captions, "TikTok Bold" style, yellow/white highlights.

B-Roll Overlay: At the 15s mark, overlay a 5-second screen recording of any poker room waitlist or a calendar UI (35% scale, top right).

Audio: Add 10% "Small Room" reverb to the voice so it sounds like it's in the room, not a studio.

Color: Slight "Phone" filter (High contrast, slightly lowered saturation).

How to Submit

Subject: VA Contest — [Your Name] — [Current Location/Timezone]

Attach: 1-minute MP4 (Master) + one 8-second "Hook" clip cut from the master.

Note: Briefly list which AI tools you used for the Lip Sync and your weekly availability.

Deadline: Rolling. We will hire the first creator who demonstrates they can hit this level of realism at scale.
