I have developed a website and need guidance and support to fix current and future issues. The website is developed on WordPress using Elementor.

Applicant should begin by telling me how to fix this current issue that I have on my website: Good entries will get further work from me.

The ISSUE: I have a spacer (highlighted in green) that is used to push the content down past the banner as the page size gets smaller. However, the spacer then becomes an issue as it creates a large gap between the bottom of the banner and the next div (section) below.

I need to manage this space dynamically. I do not want any gap (space) between the bottom of the header banner and the next div.
