Who I work with

I am an advocate of the power of understanding how our experience in live comes about and work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and when they feel they are "stuck" or would like to get a new perspective on issues or goals.

What I offer

An educational program designed around the Three Principles and deeping individuals or groups grounding in it. This is for those who have heard about this and want to know more.

2. Coaching and Helping YOU Transform

“Getting aligned to your genuine direction, and start living with more peace, passion and clarity in your life...”

Imagine a life that is filled with:
1. Peace of mind and deep, inner resilience – waking up to your own well-being, peace and clarity, knowing that you are OK no matter what happens
2. True living – being true to yourself and being comfortable in all situations
3. Freedom and well-being – mental and emotional freedom is key to true well-being
4. Passion and purpose – a clear sense of direction, uncovering your path and once on track, lead this with passion and purpose
5. Enlightened success – living from a deep understanding how life really works and where our experience and feelings come from

Guiding and supporting your through your personal transformation is the primary focus of my work. We will be spending a set time together every week, “upgrading” and “uncovering” your understanding of how life works. You can expect to find a fresh, new outlook on life.
