I have a high end construction business, Makev Projects, that specialises in renovations of existing homes. Most of my clients have a high net wealth and specifically find me to renovate their homes where cost is not really an option. Most projects are complex and the final product needs to be of a high quality. My clients want quality not cost.

I am after a logo that isn't the same as every other construction business. All logos are the standard brand name with a silhouette of a house behind it. This is not what i want. I am after something the signifies a high end construction business.

I am also wanting the logo to be displayed on both white and black background so that I can have it on a car door, fence wrapping, bill boards, car door etc.
