I am starting a new company that does maintenance for Condominiums and Home Owner's Associations. I need a digital brochure that I can email to potential clients. It needs to sum up our company values, the services we provide, the cost for service, and what sets us apart/why they should do business with us.

I will provide you with all the information and you just need to put everything into sentences, add stock photos and make it marketable.

Costs: Customizable, but typical would be 10 hours of maintenance service per month for $999 20 hours $1799

Maintenance Scope of work / Services Provided: Facilities Maintenance, Seasonal Maintenance, Preventative, Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance, Deferred Maintenance, Rain Gutter Cleaning and Repair, Light Bulb Check and Replacement, Power washing, Order/Install Amenities, Siding Repair, Fence Repair Exterior Paint Touch-up, Parking Lot Striping, Light Electrical, Camera Systems, Pet Stations, Porter/Janitorial, Light Plumbing, Tile Repair, Snow Removal Fill in, Trash Removal, Additional Services Available.

How it works: We provide a monthly recurring service where we take care of most maintenance needs for an agreed-upon day per month and for however many hours they decide. The customer decides which services are most important to them and we prioritize those services.

Why should they choose us: When an HOA has a maintenance issue they have to contact their property management company, the property management has to go through their vendor list to find a vendor that is willing to find an opening in their schedule to do a small project that they won't get paid very much, most contractors try to avoid these small jobs so it's hard to find someone to do it and it could take weeks or even months before someone gets to the maintenance concerns. When they finally find a contractor to do the project, the contractor might charge a larger amount for it to be worth it to them and they will also charge a trip charge. Just changing a single light bulb could cost hundreds of dollars. We get service all of the maintenance needs in one trip so the property management company doesn't need to find 10 different contractors, the HOA gets their maintenance needs met quickly and in a timely manner, and the homeowners are happy because things are getting done fast and they can see the results.
