Movie intro/outro and emphasized corner logo

We need an intro and an outro for our information videos covering production techniques as well as emphasized logos in the corners (see youtube link below). The winning entry might also lead to a repetitive assignment to create the short films based on filmed material that we will provide.

INTRO (tot 5 seconds)
Logo should appear animated from white backgorund turning into our logo with the text "Production technique channel". Max 2,5 seconds animation followed by 1,5 seconds freeze [We will add the name of the production technique underneath].
Logo and text disapperas in a nice way in 1sec.

EXTRO (tot 5 seconds)
Our logo appears in 2 second with the text "In cooperation with" underneath followed by the 2nd logo appearing in 1 second beneath that text. Freeze for 2 seconds.
Dont bather about the illustration at the end of our youtube example.

EMPHASIZED CORNE LOGOS
During the film we want our upper left logo and the lower right company logo to once and a while (every 10th second taking turns) be emphasized in a nice subtile way (Dont over do it!!). Bare in mind the visability of the logos since the background video color can be anything from pure white to all black. These should be two separate clips so that we can choose to include/exclude the lower right logo.
These clips should be with transparent background since they will be used as layers in front of the movie.

We want the winner to make some minor adjustments if neede before high quality clips are uploaded in a format that can be used in iMovie editor.

Ill give feedback maximum ONE time for each entry so that you can adjust and upload a final contribution.

Attached is our logo (both in eps and png format) and and the 2nd logo.
