We want the design to be different than the PDF and it needs to look really clean and professional. Everything needs to align properly.

Brochure Size
This will be printed on 8.5x11 inch paper that is going to be folded in 3 columns like any standard brochure.

Brochure Purpose
To guide customers to choose a plan that is right for them.

Imagery
Use some nice stock photography for fake grass or turf design in between the info blocks to make it look nice and professional.

Also, add a nice beautiful image for the back side

Typography
Use something that is easy to read and also use something fancy and stylish for titles.

Colors
Make sure the color pallet you use is matching the design and the concept of the work.
