Im creating online 6 weeks holistic course for women that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga, strength training, self massage and so much more. By the end of the course ladies will understand where the pain comes from how to prevent and manage injuries, how to become friends with their body and learn to listen to it.

Preferably use the following colours:
- all shades of blue (ocean colours),
- brown (earthy colours),
- orange (fiery colours),
- white (air)
