Hello,

I'm looking for a virtual assistant based in Poland to help me with an apartment search. I need someone who can go through all the most popular real estate websites (and suggest websites I don't know) and look for places based on criterias.

We will then keep track of places in a Google Sheet and I will go and visit the places.

This project is for my personal need, as I'm planning on buying an apartment in Warsaw.

You should be able to commit about 3 hours per week until the end of June.

To select a virtual assistant, here is the selection task: Find 8 potential apartments for sale based on the following criterias:

- Located in Praga-Polnoc (ideally less than 15m by foot from the Wileński station)
- Less than 600K PLN
- Wooden floor
- High ceiling
- Not on the ground floor

Please submit a short document with the links to the apartments you found. Feel free to use any way to find the apartments, you probably know better than me! If you can't find 8 places, no worries, less is fine.

What I want to see is:
- You're good at searching for apartments
- You know about a lot of the polish real estate marketplace websites

Info: if you're not polish but still want to participate and use translation tools, that's fine but know that I'm ideally looking for a polish speaking person.
