  Working on it , wanted more clarity 1) 70 % is the allowable ground coverage or the total built up area for particular plot? 2) Does you have assumed the any position or location for Kitchen & Bath in new plot only ? please give any idea because i have no idea of existing piping network in particular area. Because I found this contest yesterday....i might not get too much time to explore all ideas..... but i will try my level best...... i will submit it on the last day....... please wait till end....

  Dear Contest Holder, I am very keen to participate in this contest and also feeling lucky that you have extended the date. Its really a nice place . I need few more clarifications please provide the same to proceed my work : 1) Can we amalgamate the old and new property ? what bylaws says? if we amalgamate we can use one common staircase for both plots and we will also get benefit in space efficiency? can you share the building bye laws doc ? if you have
  2) In auto cad plan internal room partition was not shown and in JPEG file no dimension provided . please give/roughly suggest the dimensions of existing rooms to get an idea that how much we can build. 3) Please split up the area floor wise that you have constructed in old property ? 4)Is the sea is visible from first floor ? 5) In picture 7 brown wall (which seems newly built . were is this wall located?

  6) is both adjacent plots facing front and rear road? plot is assailable from both road ? the also tell me the level difference in front and rear road ?

  I have upgrade the contest for one more week to receive some more entries. I attach also some photos from the front road and the back road to see the whole property. Also i attach a google pin to see the exact location of the property. This is very serious about the sun to the property Its a holiday business so we need the most possible sun. Maybe is not possible to construct all the allowed square metters. By constructing more square metters in the back you make to much shade in the property.
