Hello, I’m currently constructing a full-size mechanical 25 cent slot machine powered by Arduino. I have 3 uno boards, one mega and multiple seeediono Xiao mini chips at my disposal. I have a 6 pin coin acceptor , and I plan to make my own coin hopper. My slot reels will be powered by 3+ stepper motors which should all interact to randomly stop at certain points. I was looking for help to get the stepper motors coded to stop at certain intervals, as well as to integrate my other Arduino boards to pay out appropriately and change the led lighting/ sound effects based on the win. This application has many functions, but right now we have problems with only one. Our app communicates with an arduino system at the car door. This arduino activates a mechanism that opens the car door. All this communication is working properly via a USB cable, all system hardware and software is up and running. I would like a sketch written for an Arduino Nano. I want to control a stepper motor that is controlling the airflow through a butterfly valve. The stepper motor will open and close based on a variable input from a vacuum transmitter (0-5v). I want to use a PID loop in the code so that I can control the actions of the valve proportionately. I am trying to avoid(chattering) of the valve and rapid responses that may interrupt the process. I want to control a unipolar stepper motor with a L298n motor controller.
