I need custom made cutting/punching pliers for thin metal sheet. Just for sure, looking for physical object (pliers), not CAD or just 3D design. Unfortunately, commonly available are only punching pliers making various diameters of round hole or ID card oval hole (3x15mm) or other shapes, which are completely useless (and too big). What I need to punch is slit 6x1mm into metal sheet no thicker than 0.2mm (either copper or pure nickel). Cutting die in pliers can be removable or replaceable, ideally from tungsten for durability. I have an idea and basic drawing for a backpack design that I would like to get prototyped and manufactured. Remove all of the indentions, logos, numbers etc.. on the top of the wing, it should just be flat surface. 2. Keep the same scale but the Y value should be 310mm in width.
