Pretty much, I want to design a site similar as fundrise.com. It isn't for public use, however. It is for me and friends to use to fund and setup real estate deals and fund them between each other. It will be extremely similar to fundrise, but it will require a log in to see the website. I also need to be able to put up new deals whenever I want and be able to change it up.
