Hello, I am in search of an individual capable of designing a business plan. I have sample designs that I can provide for reference. I possess the business plan in Docx format and wish to have it converted to PDF format. The task must be completed within a two-day deadline. Successful completion of this project will result in additional projects.

I need to create several adaptive icons for Android from a sketch. The icons must adapt to the different Android formats. A vectorized and png file must be delivered with the Android requirements. You can test the result here: The idea is to make a circle for the backgroud image (see attached), and as the foregroud image the svg that I attached. The logo of our company is also attached so that you can obtain the colors to use. The sketch is made by me, I am not a graphic designer. Any advice on this will be welcome.
