We currently use Wufoo forms to collect data from clients which is then manually entered into a fillable PDF form. We need a program written to Auto populate this PDF with the data collected on the Wufoo forms rather than having to manually enter it. We can provide both the PDF and the Wufoo information to the Freelancer. We have tried upgrading the form, using WooCommerce but it seems the installation is too old. A specific functionality of the form is that you have a choice to add each product on the site to the form (directly from the product description - see attached image).
