So, I have built a new e-commerce store. I launched the store and used an API feed for shopping. 2 days later my Merchant centre was suspended (as was my ads account) the merchant suspension was due to misrepresentation. After going back and fourth I managed to fix all the issues with my account and I appealed. As a result my merchant centre was reinstated but my google account was not automatically reinstated. So I contacted Google and they told me to submit an Appeal. I submitted this Appeal on 02/03/2023. I heard nothin back (I have the reference number for this) I then submitted another appeal on the 8th March. again no response. It is like my appeals are lost in the system.
