I have an irregular ~880sqm block of land and have designs for 3 x 3bdr single-storey dwellings. However, I want to maximise the use of the land and think I might be able to fit 4 x 2bdr dwellings. What I would like you to do is come up with a concept for 4 x dwellings that will fit on that site, with each dwelling having: • 2 bedrooms (if you can fit 3 in some of them then great) • 1 bathroom (preferably a 3-way bath setup). • Single carport with roller. • Brick veneer construction. • Metal roof.
