I want to create custom indicator for my strategy it include Moving average with RSI and it is have take profit and stop loss. Also, it have signal alert and advance sitting.

I have a tradingview strategy that I would like fixed. The problem is that when an arrow shows on the tradingview strategy, no alert gets fired. instead, it shows bars after which is not right. I need the alert to get generated AS SOON AS the arrow and BUY/SELL message appear on the chart. So far, I have not been able to do this. 1. Buy/Sell arrow must avoid certain times of the day, which means there should be no signal showing within this time period. I will specify the start and end time for this. 2. Trade should only be executed if the Heiken Ashi candle on the current time frame(standard trading view Heiken Ashi candles) match the signal.
