I need help fixing a couple of correlations tables in R as part of a project I'm working on for school. Some of the correlations are wonky (for example, "led a class project" had a -0.33 correlation with "current salary" for MA graduates, which seems odd), so I was told to check for outliers and adjust any that are heavily skewing the data by moving them in two standard deviations.
