Hi, I am looking for an experienced 3D modeler to create a lot of articles of clothing for a realistic first person shooter. The models must be detailed and realistic, PBR based and fully optimized with one set of 4K textures, Low poly and equipped with LODS for unity. I will be using unity HDRP so I need the HDRP texture set of normal, albedo, mask on top of any other maps that HDRP shaders can use. I have a google drive here referencing in some way all the items I need. There are 1200 items in total that need to be modeled. Ranging from helmets to boots, watches, capes, pants, gear etc... Everything is in the document. [login to view URL] For pricing and timeline it is negotiable, however I realistically I am ranging between 3500 to 5500 dollars. Now I know some may be that is way to low but I would also like to suggest that, a lot of these models will be somewhat similar, so to save time and money, I would like it if in the process some already made were used as a starting point for other models, kind of reconfiguring it a bit to save a lot of time and effort and of course money.
