I need help with creating kickstart for Dell R730xd.

- CentOS 6.8

- Having an issue with installation of the chef client. RPM file is stored locally on the installation media. There is no external repo available.

- Network interfaces should be bonded

- Hostname and IP addresses should be set dynamically
