Streamline registration and login process in wordpress

We have a WordPress site which has a shop and a forum, we want to manipulate the registration process so that each new user has to give first name, last name, email address. We want the username to be set as their firstname lastname by default We need the user to be registered straight away via possibly confirming they are real by clicking a link in an email to activate the account so they can purchase products in the shop straight away. However we want them to have to be approved by an admin before they can use the forum. But we want the login page to be the same page for all. If this isn't possible it would be good if there were different login pages which looked exactly the same and then re-directed back to the forum or shop depending on where they were when completing the process. As long as when a user logs in they are using the same details. We are using woo-commerce for the shop Our Theme is Musica which is a woo-commerce compatible theme The forum is bbpress and there is an additional plugin to restrict access using groups We have various other plugins loaded a list can be supplied if required. We have tried using various plugins available but have yet to get to the point described above. There is always one or two elements not quite right. Obviously we would like whatever is written to be update proof. eg when any of the plugins or WordPress are updated then the system should still work. If this is not possible then there must be provision for updating made in your code. (possibility of future work on this if necessary) We have an access database of existing users and they need to be imported into Wordpress and be already approved for all. So we would need to know which fields to import across. For example, when registering in the shop itself it asks for additional information like delivery and billing address, some of the access users do have this information and some don't. We think we can probably do this import ourselves using a csv importing type plugin but if you want to price price for this too please show it as a separate part.
