Hi, I do transcribe in SPANISH only (Any Spanish accent) I am native Spanish speaking person and my English is not only fluent but close to perfect I don´t have a specific rate per minute. I have been doing this job for years now and I charged from USD 0.30 to USD 1,00 per minute. Perhaps you can guide me in that aspect. I am also a certified translator for the pair ENG/SPA but, I know you are looking for people using CAT tools and I do not. Actually, I am using some (not Trados) but exceptionally only. I am more into the "freestyle" kind of job. If you like to check my degree I could send you a scanned copy on Monday (I´m off the office for the weekend) Last but not least, if you want a transcription sample just send me an audio/video and I´ll workout 5 minutes for you to check my skills.
