System for sending ADFS Claims to our relying Party

I have developed a SSO system which works as relying part for External Identity providers. It works well with Azure AD and other Idps. But we are facing a small issue in integrating it with ADFS. The problem is that ADFS is not able to pass "EmailAddress" claim. All other claims are coming through well. I need someone who has ADFS system already built.
