I am looking for a creative, excellent Adobe After Effects/Premier Pro designer to create a Real estate promotional template for use on my website etc. It needs to be very simple to use and understand, as i only have basic skills in AE but I'm OK with Premiere Pro. It would need to be stylish, reflect the company colors/logo fonts etc. It would need to have a futuristic, high end look, holograms etc. have the ability to drag and drop HD images/video etc. and also a 3D mapping feature, which can highlight the property in question, show images and points of interest around it, distances etc. Clickable links/images/text would be preferred in call outs, (lots of different varieties would be great) including a simple to use motion and point tracking option, whereby you can lock the point of a call out on a feature in a video and it remains there. Like on a fire place on a moving video of a house for example, highlighting the interior features, as the video plays. However i don't want to be going through the process of setting each call out motion individually. I was hoping for a drag, drop and set option! This template would be used over and over again on property listings. Anyone who had experience in this type of work before would be preferable, but not essential. Any demo real estate productions that you could demonstrate to me, would be appreciated also if possible. Please note: I don't like cartoon style, explainer animations either, i want to stay away from them in real estate as they are not the style i am trying to achieve here. I am looking for a quality, premium feel overall. Thanks
