Dear Freelancer, I am looking for a CPLEX expert for two tasks: 1. Draft a CPLEX model, that assigns buyer to seller of a cargo with the goal of profit maximisation (I will send you the input excel files). 2. Explain to me a shipping model (that I already have). Here just guide me through the steps of the algorithm that I will send you and explain me step-by-step what is happening. You can do task 1 using elements of this shipping model.
