Sample app can be developed with Rails which will talk to Redis. Rails application and Redis will run in a different containers and talk each other. Multi-containers can be managed easily with help of docker-compose. Same container can be deployed in ECS. To deploy ECS, its required to have AWS account with proper privileges. README file will contain steps to run application locally with Docker and steps to run application in AWS ECS.
