I want an android and iphone webview app. Can be any language no prob. 1. Connect to given domain 2. Check connectivity- if none display and image with text saying no connection. 3. On reconnect reload page. 4. If app is not killed, return to opened page. Do not reload from beginning. 5. Save given userid as alias to firebase for push notification 6. setup mobile for push notication. 7. sample nodejs code to send notification- that's all. 8.- 3 ringtones based on notification
