Hi, I have understanding how to build the thing that you need. I personally made a prototype of Arduino-based kiln control in the past, Raspberry is very similar to that. I can also develop you the apps for mobile and PC, I'd recommend using local web app for simplicity (it can also be done as a separate application, but this adds more unnecessary complexity).
