Native iPhone and Android app - with ruby server.

This is an urgent project, hence we need someone who can get started fast and work fast and deliver result fast.
We have a ruby on rails app. We need native iOS and Android app with some key features:
Here are the list of features / screens for native app:
1. Login and Logout
2. Home page, section 1 : Where all jobs are listed. (List to be fetched from server, if none available show blank)
3. Job page : Where a particular job is listed and user can see all details about the job and can apply for the job.(Detailed as fetched from server, For applying send to rails server)
4. Home page, section 2: If Any upcoming shifts response present from server, Show it to users.
5.Pre-shift : If there have any upcoming shifts present? Notify user 3 hours before starting time asking confirmation. Push the response to server.
6. Check-in & Check-out : All up coming shifts would have option to check-in. Clicking on it. will send a response to server and on app user will have option to see Check-out button. On click of checkout, send response to the server.
7. Refresh app for new data every 15 mins (Upcoming shifts or new jobs)
8. Take location of the user 3 hours before the start of the shift and till the checkout. send the lat log to the server.
9. Show user on map real time, all the users location on map. (Ref: User for cars)
10. Show list of profiles working for a job (Fetch from server)
11. Show a form on app, and once submitted push it on server.
Ideal bidder would be one with good background knowledge and experience in these skills and can start soon and deliver the project really fast.
This is first phase. We also have phase 2 and phase 3 work. Hence looking for someone to work with us on a long-term basis with an option to join us full time if suited and move to foreign country.
