Tree Monitoring app and database

We operate a managed plantation and sell individual trees to clients while continuing to manage and cultivate them for them. We need a web-based app that allows the client to monitor their trees remotely. We are currently using a working app, but want something more robust, attractive, and scalable. The app needs an iOS/Android way to collect data, including photos and videos about trees to a MySQL database. If connectivity is difficult the app will upload to DB later once connected. Trees are tracked via a barcode which the app should generate. Data points include trunk diameter, tree height, soil pH level, etc. Data points should be customizable as new data needs to be tracked. The client can log in and view all the data about his trees through the iOS/Android or web app front end - high-quality graphics UI/UX. Admin dashboard high-quality graphics UI/UX.
