Hello, I am an Android developer with 8+ years of experience. I've done a quick search of what the issue could be and it could be related to how your call is initialized. If it's in an activity or fragment it may be destroyed by the OS. This solution could be solved by handling the call in a foreground service. Please let me know if you wish to discuss further. hey can you send me the logcat of the bug so that i can help you fix the issue. this should not take more than 3 days to fix as it is relatively easy to fix bug.
