I want IRC Chat client with basic features. 1. It should recognize and differentiate moderators, normal users and register users 2. should have private messages and logout function 3. Should be able to add smileys 4. I want this to be done using nodejs, angular, bootstrap I am not looking for expensive freelancer. I am looking for cheap and moderate freelancer. There is no time constraint. At the same time, i dont want the project to drag long. you can use this as a reference [login to view URL] I have developed it. This is not a IRC client. This is simple server-client socket chat. I want similar to this as IRC client. This is a start. I will get back with additional feature based on how things goes.
