Meanstack Expert Needed - Design and Further Development of Existing Project

Web application is developed via Mean Stack 1. Design changes - css buttons and logo already created just need to be integrated into site. Mouse cursors need to be changed. Delete some text. Add a trash can by the download button so user knows they can drag there to delete. 2. Functionality Changes - There are four changes that need to be implemented. For an expert in meanstack these should not take long. 3. Social media integration a. Allow user ability to upload to a music file to Soundcloud, Facebook b. Allow a user to login with google or Facebook 4. Monetization a. Add google ad words banner at the top above the logo b. Add an advertisement to come up when a download button is clicked and after 40 clicks on the play button. Can this be video advertising please? 5. Make site live on a VPS via GoDaddy (already purchased) 6. Simple education on how to add music files to server. I think I already know this but not 100% sure. Attached is an html file with comments to show the ease of design needed. Non-disclosure agreement will be required for this project. Budget is $30 - $250 but I am willing to pay more on the $200 - $250 side for the right developer. For the right person there are several more projects that will be coming from this company.
