30 3D animation videos of 10 mins each with background music / audio effects

I had 30 stories with me and I need a animator who can convert my stories into animated videos of 10minutes for each video. So basically it is a 300 mins animated video creation with voice / music and also required to create a poster for each video based upon the content. I am not looking for a professional animator all I want is to convert them into video's. So I am looking to complete this project with least amount of money. So any newly started animator who hadn't got a single project and willing to do it with the least amount of money possible are most welcome. SKILLS - 3D animation , able to add voice / music based upon content. NOTE :- please give your budget for whole 300 mins of animation....that is for whole 30 videos
